8th Graders Successfully Hiked the Bridge!
Sore muscles and tired feet couldn’t stop this group of kids from smiling as they made their way across the golden gates and back again. We couldn’t have asked for better weather for this picture perfect day.
Middle Schoolers Danced the Night Away!
On Friday night, Kittredge kids came together to dance, jump, and glow! We had so much fun seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces.
Thank you to Mr. Young, Ms. Pon-Barry, Ms. Rose, and Ms. Gules aka DJ Gules for putting it all together!
Sixth Grade Has a New Student!
We are excited to welcome new student Eli to our sixth grade class! If you see him, please introduce yourself. We are so glad to have Eli join us. Welcome to Kittredge!
To the DeYoung They Go!
Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 26, the 5th grade class will see art up close as they take a field trip to the DeYoung! Students should bring lunch, a snack, comfortable walking shoes, and sunblock.
Who’s the Boss?
If Ms. Pon-Barry looks little blonder than usual when you see her opening car doors, hanging out on the playground at recess, or popping into classrooms for announcements on Thursday, it’s not just you! Sixth grader Liliana will be our principal for the day, and we hear she’s up for the challenge! We can’t wait to see her on the job.

Screen-Free Week
Kittredge invites you to join us for a Screen-Free Week, Monday, May 1 through Sunday, May 7. The goal of Screen-Free Week is to encourage students to find other ways of keeping themselves entertained – reading a good book, learning a new recipe, or playing a sport they love are all great ways for kids to stay present and grounded without phones, tablets, or television. Electronics may be used for school assignments only.
Please let us know if your child completes the challenge by returning the form of completion attached to the Konnection email.
May the 4th Be With You
Our next spirit day will be Star Wars Day on Thursday, May 4th. Come dressed as your favorite Jedi, Wookie, Robot or Sith – looking forward to seeing your costumes we are! Please remember our rule for any spirit day – leave the toy weapons at home!
