Boogie Shoes
Dancing the Night Away
Thank you student council, Ms. Gules, Ms. Mara, Kevin, Ms. Rose, Mr. Young and Ms. Pon-Barry for hosting a fun evening last Friday. And thank you middle schoolers for being so great!
Our middle school students were able to walk the red carpet, get down with their friends and laugh the night away under cover of balloons and glow sticks. We couldn’t have been happier seeing them celebrating together… it’s been such a long time! Thank you for a fun Friday night!

NEXT WEEK’S NEWS
Screen Free Week – May 2 to May 9
You are invited to participate in an unplugged week! Join us as we turn off our screens and dive into a range of other activities. Rediscover board games, toss a football, start a puzzle, and cozy up to a good book! We sometimes need a reminder of how much time we have and turning off TV and electronic devices is a great way to find that. The idea is to replace electronics with other options for entertainment. Electronics may be used for school assignments as usual. Screen free week begins May 2 and runs to May 9.
Please let us know if your child completes the challenge by returning a form of completion. We will host an ice cream celebration on Friday, May 13 for students who go screen-free for all 7 days. Give it a try!

All parents of 7th graders are invited (and strongly encouraged) to meet with Mr. Young to hear about the admissions process for High School. Now is a great time to begin organizing your calendar with dates and details so there will be less stress in the Fall! Students will have a lot of support next year so this meeting is for parents only.
