Due to Weather: Lunar New Year Assembly Rescheduled
It has been one rainy week! Unfortunately, we expect to see more rain over Rochambeau Park tomorrow afternoon, so we've had to delay our assembly. We will email parents directly to confirm our new assembly date once it has been rescheduled.
Hot Lunch
Hot Lunch this week will be a cheese quesadilla, clementines, carrots, and a juice box.

Science Club Session #4 Starts Wednesday - "Optical Illusions and Science Magic"
This Wednesday students will start a new session of Science Club with Ms. Rose, running February 7th-March 20th. We will explore the scientific reasoning behind seemingly magical occurrences, and apply laws of physics, chemistry, and optics to explain illusions.
Please note that there will be two Wednesdays when Science Club will not meet: February 14th and February 21st.
7th and 8th Grade Hike This Thursday
In preparation for Yosemite, our 7th and 8th graders will be hiking through Land's End to Ocean Beach. Students should bring a hearty lunch and snacks, sturdy shoes, plenty of water, and layers for all kinds of weather.
Dress in Red and Gold This Friday
This Friday we will have our first spirit day of the new year! Students and staff are encouraged to dress in red and gold to celebrate Lunar New Year and our San Fracisco 49ers!
Yosemite Awaits
This Sunday, February 11, our 7th and 8th grade students will set off on their adventure to the Yosemite Valley! Parents, please aim to be in front of Kittredge at 9:45, and remember to account for parking!
Please make sure you have gone over your packing list and that your child is ready for the week ahead. Don't forget that students should have pocket money with them for lunch stops on the bus ride to and from Yosemite.

Enrollment Deadline: February 15
Re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year must be completed by next Thursday, February 15 at 10 am. If you have any questions about registration or your agreement, please reach out to the office.
Talent Show Auditions
Talent Show auditions for K-5th will be held next Monday, February 12th at 12pm. Students should bring sheet music, instruments, and anything else they may need for their performance.

A huge THANKS goes out to all the families that hosted and participated in the Fall/Winter Count-Me-Ins! From clay Christmas trees to hiking, sci-fi, escape rooms, archery, pasta making, pinot noir and more, fun was had by all!
