TODAY’S NEWS
Walk A Thon A Success – Way to Go, Kittredge!
Kittredge Kids know how to give back to the community in a big way. Our student council organized Friday’s Walkathon to support Larkin Street Youth Services. Our students had a lot of fun walking (and running) through their lunch recess. Through their outreach to family and friends, Kittredge students were able to raise $4,529 for Larkin Street Youth Services. Great work Kittredge!

Covid Tests – Please Upload Results by Tonight
Thank you for your continued support in keeping our community safe. Your communication and precautions have allowed us to keep our students in school and learning safely. Thank you for your extra work in submitting Covid tests throughout the month of January.
If you have not done so yet, please submit your child’s Covid test results for this week to this google form. Both PCR and rapid tests are accepted and the results with a name and date should be submitted on or before the night of Tuesday, January 25th. We appreciate your effort toward this end.
Looking ahead, we will be requesting Covid tests for 7th and 8th graders 24 hours prior to their departure for Yosemite on February 14th. We will also ask for every Kittredge student and teacher to submit Covid tests on or before the morning of February 28th as we return from Presidents’ Week break.
If your child has Covid symptoms or was exposed to someone with Covid we kindly ask that you contact the school as soon as possible to see how to proceed. A negative Covid test will need to be submitted before your child returns to school. Please contact us at any time if you have questions regarding Covid and your child’s return to school.
We want every student to be able to join us at school. If your child was not able to test, please contact the office and a rapid test will be made available.

LOOKING AHEAD
Summer At Kittredge
The sun is shining in San Francisco and we are looking ahead to summer. Summer is a great opportunity to engage children in activities that enrich their academic foundation and keep them involved and interested in learning.
Your child is invited to join our 5-week summer program which is open to all students entering first through eighth grades. Mornings are designed to keep students active and their grade level skills strong. The afternoons offer a variety of free play and structured activities. This program begins June 20 and runs through July 22. Please check your email next week for our summer school application and contact the office with any questions.
