Happy Pi Day!
March 14 is 3.14 in the math world, and more importantly, for Mr. Young—he knows how to celebrate! Peach, apple, pumpkin pie, which is your favorite? We owe a big Thank you! to Mr. Young for treating our 7th and 8th graders to this tasty tradition!
First Varsity Futsal Game TODAY!
This afternoon is the first Varsity Futsal game of the season! Our co-ed team will play CDS at the Columbia Boys and Girls Club. The game starts at 4:15. Go Coyotes!
Kittredge’s Got Talent
The Kittredge Talent Show is this Thursday, March 16 at 6:30pm at the San Francisco County Fair Building.… and we can’t wait! After a successful practice yesterday afternoon, we are more excited than ever to see what Gianfranco and the Kittredge kids have put together for our community.
This Thursday, Extendo will close at 5. Students should arrive to the County Fair Building no later than 6:15 to be seated with their class. If your child cannot attend for any reason, please let us know in advance.
If your child is performing an individual act, please email Gianfranco and Jamie to confirm any music, gear, or setup needs that your child may require for their performance. We can’t wait to see and hear all of the hidden talents in our midst!
Kittredge Decisions Emailed Thursday
This Thursday, March 16, Kittredge decisions will be emailed to applicant families. If you or someone you know is waiting on a decision, the wait is almost over. We have been very fortunate to receive so many recommendations from our current families. Thank you for your word of mouth advertising. It’s the best compliment we could receive!
No School This Friday, March 17
Friday, March 17 is a Teacher Work Day, and school will be closed.
Extended Day Available This Friday, March 17
We will be open on Friday from 7:45 am-6:00pm. If you would like to sign your child up for Extended Day, please email the office.
Looking Ahead
Conferences on March 30 and 31
Second trimester conferences will be held on Thursday, March 30 and Friday, March 31. Parents should be on the lookout for an email from your child’s teacher regarding scheduling. First conferences begin at 12:30, and last conferences begin at 5.
Extended Day will be available from 12pm-6pm on Thursday March 30 and Friday March 31. If you would like to sign your child up for Extended Day, please email the office.
Movie Character Day
Why wait for Halloween to dress up as your favorite Avenger, magical creature, or Disney princess? On Wednesday, April 5, Kittredge turns into a Hollywood studio for Movie Character Day. We can’t wait to see the outfits our creative community comes up with!
