Our Second Trimester Ends This Friday, March 19
Please remember that our last day of classes for the Second Trimester is this Thursday. The trimester ends on Friday with a staff development day for teachers to prepare curriculum.

There will be no classes on Friday, March 19. This staff development day will give us a chance to meet, prepare and review the current curriculum needs.

NEXT WEEK’S NEWS
Our Third Trimester Begins Next Monday
With more teachers and students returning to in-person classes, we will be making some changes to everyone’s class schedules. This schedule may continue to evolve while we work to utilize our in-person time as effectively as possible.
As usual, we will be employing many Habits of Mind to do this. We will be Thinking Flexibly, Applying Past Knowledge to New Situations, Taking Responsible Risks, Remaining Open to Continuous Learning, and perhaps most importantly Finding Humor.
We are also Listening with Empathy and Understanding and trying our best to honor and balance the different needs and concerns of our community… students, parents and teachers alike. We thank you all for your support.

SUMMER NEWS
There Will Not Be Summer School Offered This Year
Traditionally, this is the time of year that we would be planning our Summer School activities to encourage continuous learning while having fun and getting exercise.
This year, due to space, staffing, and other Covid restraints, we will not be offering that experience.
It is always a fun time and we look forward to offering it again… just not this summer.
