Conference Confirmations have been Returned
Please check your child’s backpack for the confirmation of your parent teacher conference. All students can be signed in and out with Extended Day when you come in for your conference. They’ll likely be at Rochambeau if weather permits.

The Kittredge School Talent Show is Thursday; Doors Open at 6:00pm
No Study Hall; Extendo will close at 5:00
Please join us at Kanbar Hall in the JCCSF for a great time! The show begins at 6:15 so make sure that you are there by 6:00. You won’t want to miss a minute of this wonderful evening.
To help plan for the evening, please note that the show is expected to be about two hours this year. If you use the JCC parking lot, you can purchase a $9 express parking pass at the front desk.
The atrium is reserved for us from 5:30 to 6:00 and there will be coffee, light snacks and waters available at that time, thank you KPA! No food, water or coffee is allowed in Kanbar Hall, so come early to have a snack.

Staff Development Day is this Friday – No Classes
Extended Day is Open for those who Registered
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey monkey dismissal form. We have the critical mass needed to staff Extendo for the day. Friday’s holiday hours are 8 to 6.

Please remember that seventh and eighth grade students are asked to attend their conference with Mr. Young and Ms. Mara. All other students can be signed-in to Extendo during your meeting at no charge.

SPRING BREAK NEWS
Spring Break begins Monday, April 8th
The link to the Spring Break survey will be emailed later this week. Parents should let us know if they plan to use extended day for any of these dates or if their child will not be here.
Spring Break hours are: Monday through Friday from 8 to 6. A minimum enrollment of more than 5 is needed for staffing.

Tdap Vaccine Reminder
The state of California requires a Tdap vaccine for all students to be able to enter 7th grade in September. All students entering 7th grade at Kittredge must turn in proof of this immunization by April 15th. If your child still needs the vaccine, please schedule it during Spring Break. If he or she already has it, please have your doctor send us the immunization record. Thank you.

SUMMER NEWS
Summer at Kittredge – June 17 to July 19
Summer is a great opportunity to engage children in activities that enrich their academic foundation and keep them involved and interested in learning.
Our 5-week summer program is open to students entering first through eighth grades. Mornings are designed to keep students active and their grade level skills strong. The afternoons offer a variety of free play and structured activities. If you are interested, please return an enrollment form to reserve a space for your child. Applications are available in the office or you can download one from our website.
