KPA Meeting Tonight, October 13
All parents are invited to attend a meeting from 6pm to 7pm to hear the latest news from the KPA and help plan for the future. Childcare will be available for Kittredge students.

October 14 and 20 are 8th Grade High School Days
Tomorrow as well as the next Tuesday, there will be no classes for our 8th grade students.
These days are scheduled to help and support our 8th graders while they are visiting high schools and working on their applications.

The KPA Welcome Party, October 17
The KPA night out is Saturday October 17th at the Roddy/Kadner house at 225 San Anselmo Avenue! The event starts around 6:30ish, and all Kittredge parents and teachers are welcome (and in fact are wanted) to attend. We hope to see you there!

Lifetouch Class Group Pictures and Retakes – October 29
Your children have all received their proofs from school pictures. Pictures can be ordered on line. Class pictures and individual retakes are scheduled for October 29.

Halloween at Kittredge
All students may come to school in costume on Friday, October 30. Costumes cannot include weapons or toy weapons of any kind. Masks and other accessories should be kept in a bag until the parade (weather permitting) at 2:00. Parents are invited to attend.

Admissions Information
We want to thank all the Kittredge families who have been getting the word out to the SF community about just how special Kittredge is! We have already had many great tours and our first Open House is this Thursday from 7:00-8:30. We have a good size group, all prospective kindergarten parents, signed up to come see the school! Please keep getting the word out. We really appreciate your support!

I hope beyond reason to see you on Saturday nite. The party is labeled as potluck but that includes bringing steaming buckets of gossip, funny stories or onion dip. It’s perfect any way, just as long as you come.
Also, Leanne is on bar duty. You’re welcome.

Auction Update
The Spring Auction is underway. Yes, it is really just October, but the KPA has already secured the Presidio Log Cabin as the venue for our May 7th event. Please save the date. Details will be coming.
