Student Council Elections
Student council elections are in full swing here at Kittredge. On every floor, you can see campaign posters and hear students asking, “Do I have your vote?”
Speeches will be given at tomorrow’s assembly, after which there will be a vote for school-wide offices. A sincere congratulations to every student who has chosen to participate in this election – you represent Kittredge just by getting involved!
This Week’s News
Back to School Night - Wednesday, September 13
Our first in-person Back to School Night in three years is tomorrow, and we can’t wait to see you!
Back to School night begins at 6:30pm and ends at 7:30pm. If your child is in Extended Day, please make sure they are picked up by 6pm. Childcare will not be available during the event.
We recognize that the timing of Back to School Night can be a challenge for parents of multiple students. You may opt to visit both of your children’s classrooms, and teachers know that you may need to leave early or come in late. If you are unable to attend your child’s classroom presentation, we recommend contacting the teacher or stopping by the teacher’s classroom for informational materials.
Cross Country
And they’re off! Kittredge’s Cross Country team had their first practice of this season yesterday, and this Friday marks our first meet! We will be running at Hellman Hollow - Walkthrough at 4:00, Race at 4:30.
