The Kittredge Konnection is Back
The Kittredge Konnection is a newsletter put together by the school staff to keep the Kittredge community informed.
We will email the newsletter as needed to communicate school wide events and keep everyone connected.
Welcome Amanda Horrocks
We want to introduce and welcome our new 3rd/4th grade teacher, Mrs. Horrocks. She is new to Kittredge and to the Bay Area and we couldn’t be happier to have her join our community. We look forward a great partnership!
This Week’s News
Back to School Night, Wednesday and Thursday September 16 and 17
This year, because we are virtual, we have the opportunity to stagger the classroom presentations. This allows parents with more than one child at Kittredge, to be able to attend each child’s teacher presentation.
Back to School Night information will focus on curriculum and expectations and is not for individual conferencing. It will be a chance to hear how your child’s teacher is managing the virtual year and what will be expected in the future.
The schedule for classroom presentations is:
Wednesday:
6:15 to 6:55 – Kevin
7:00 to 7:45 – Mr. Young
Thursday:
4:30 to 5:15 – Ms. Mara
5:15 to 6:00 – Ms. Pon-Barry
6:00 to 6:45 – Katie
7:00 to 7:45 – Mrs. Horrocks
Minimum Day… Thursday, September 17
Scheduled classes will end at Noon on Thursday, September 17. Back to School Night presentations begin on this day at 4:30 with Ms. Mara.
